Tired of being tired?

Let's find out about your energy drivers and energy killers. 

Simple exercise: list all the people, places and activities that charge your battery.

Now make another list of all the people, places and activities that drain your battery.


What is the longest list?

In reality, where do you spend most of the time? On what list?

Now dare to be radical: try to delete as many people, places and activities from the second list to free up some of your time for the first list.


Reading a book is on both our lists as one of the top things to do for recharging our batteries. For Elke, it is a nighttime activity before going to bed. For Jo, it's more of a holiday activity.
