Have you filled out our free 5 min. third quarter scan yet? It's a fun way to figure out where you are today and get immediate midlife hacks to transition this life stage in a positive way.
We noticed many of us have similar questions when navigating this third quarter of our lives. Stop trying to tackle them on your own. Instead, let's navigate midlife in a positive way together. By having honest conversations about what we want moving forward.
Here's a few surprising results from our third quarter scan.
Let's start with the first question.
How do you feel about your current life stage?

For many of us, the answer is kind of mixed.
There's no such thing as one way to navigate midlife.
What did strike us in the answers we collected, is that most of you have little intention of taking it slowly. Quite the opposite, you seem to be in a phase of growth, moving from an inward focus to an outword focus.
The top 3 answers to this questions are:
18 % is looking for ways to make a positive impact
17 % is ready for new experiences and challenges
17 % is putting their health and wellbeing first, more than ever
Two of the answers are really questions.
Did you know only 6 % of you indicated that your have clear goals for the future?
With a sense of adventure and the open mind to reflect on what you want in the coming years, this is a great time in your life for new opportunities. Take some time to think about how you want to make a positive impact or what kind of new experience or challenge you are looking for. Just pick something that is close to your heart and that drives your energy. It might be volunteering, taking on a roal in a board or is a good first step.
